What is your capacity?
Up to 60 seated guests.

Do you provide tables & chairs?
Yes. Tables, white Chiavari chairs (up to 60), plus kids’ chairs and tables included.

What’s included in the rental?
Tables, chairs, décor options, sound system, prep area, and setup/cleanup (within rental time).

Is there a minimum rental?
Yes — 5-hour minimum.

Can I rent without décor?
Yes. Please our Pricing page.

Do you include setup & cleanup time?
Yes. Included in your rental. Extra time may be added for a fee.

How do I book?
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date. Balance due 7 days before the event.

Can I hold a date?
No. Dates are first-come, first-served until a deposit is received.

Is there a security deposit?
Yes — $200 refundable.
​
Can I bring food & drinks?
Yes. Outside food and drinks are welcome.

Is alcohol allowed?
Yes, with approval, permit, and insurance.
​
Do you provide plates & cutlery?
Available as add-ons.

Can I bring my own vendors?
Yes, with advance approval.

Can we decorate ourselves?
Yes — or choose our pre-styled décor packages.
