What's included when I rent Suite28 Studio?

Tables, chairs, sound system, prep area, and setup/cleanup within your rental time. Décor is available as add-ons, or already in place with our all-inclusive packages.

What is the minimum rental time at Suite28?

6 hours for venue rental.

All-inclusive packages are 8 hours — 2 to set up, 6 for your event.

Is setup and cleanup time included in my rental hours?
Yes. Included in your rental. Extra time may be added for a fee.

How do I book Suite28 Studio for my event?
A 50% deposit secures your date.

Balance due 7 days before the event.

​

Can I reserve a date without paying a deposit?
No. Dates are first-come, first-served until a deposit is received.

 

Cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be in writing. Refunds: 60+ days before the event, full refund minus $500; 30–59 days, 50% refund; less than 30 days, no refund. Postponements are treated as cancellations unless otherwise agreed.

Is there a security deposit, and is it refundable?

Yes — $200 refundable, returned within 5 business days

after your event if there's no damage.

Can I bring my own food and drinks to Suite28?
Yes. Outside food and drinks are welcome.

​

Is alcohol allowed at Suite28 Studio?

Yes, with approval and insurance.

Hard liquor requires a licensed bartender.

​

Do you provide plates & cutlery?
Available as add-ons.

​

Can I hire my own vendors for my event?
Yes, with advance approval.

​

Can we decorate ourselves?
Yes — or choose our pre-styled décor packages.
