All-Inclusive Packages — from $1,400

8 straight hours. Two hours to set up, six hours for your event — enough room to breathe, whatever you're celebrating.

 

The room is fully decorated and ready before you arrive. Florals, lighting, styled décor, tables, chairs, sound system, prep room. No vendor coordination, no setup stress. Cleaning fee included.

Pricing varies by day and package. We walk through the options with you on your tour — the space explains itself better in person than it does on a screen.

Venue Rental — from $600

The undecorated space, yours to style however you like.

 

6-hour minimum.

​

Monday–Thursday $600 and +$100 (extra hour)

Friday & Sunday $900 and +$150 (extra hour)

Saturday$1,200 and +$200 (extra hour)

Included at every booking:

​

• Up to 60 guests

• Rectangle tables and white Chiavari chairs with cushions

• White tablecloths

• Prep area / changing room

• Restroom

• Bluetooth speaker + 2 wireless microphones

• Food warmer and refrigerator

• Free parking, AC and heat

• Setup and cleanup within your booked hours

 

Cleaning and disposal fee: $100 for any event with food or drinks.

We'd rather you see these now than at the end.

​

• Event insurance. A one-day policy through your own provider. We'll send you a list — it's usually quick and inexpensive.

• Security deposit — $200, refundable. Returned within 3 business days after your event.

• Sales tax is added to the final total.

Décor upgrades, backdrops, table styling, theme colors and more. We go through these on your tour, once we know what you're planning.

Booking and Cancellation

​

A 50% deposit secures your date. The balance is due 7 days before your event.

Cancellations in writing:

• 60+ days before your event — full refund, minus a $500 administrative fee

• 30–59 days — 50% refund

• 1–29 days — no refund

Postponements are treated as cancellations unless we agree otherwise.
